What a fantastic way to finish up the 2011 wedding season! Last weekend Amy & Ryan were married at The Bethel Baptist Church in Pleasant Grove, Alabama. If you follow my photography then you may remember them from their engagement portrait session at Railroad Park and Amy's bridal portrait session at Samford University. Theirs was the last wedding scheduled for 2011 as the Spring and Summer months are the peak of wedding season. Still the weather was perfect and the beautiful fall colors made for the perfect backdrop. Amy has a very quick wit and always a smile on her face. Ryan is up for anything and just plain nice. I know they are going to have a joyous life together. Thank you again to Amy & Ryan for making me a part of their day! Check out the sneak peek images below with the rest of the images and album design preview coming soon!

Jackie from Rawwbeauty uses an airbrush to apply Amy's make-up. I love this method! From my experience nothing looks as smooth and holds up better than this technique. When I know a make-up artist will be using this I know my job will be easier!
The rings! I love to be creative when it comes to the rings. I have always prided myself and consider it one of my hallmarks. However, I will confess that this is inspired from Pintrest! I get a lot of creative inspiration from that site and I'm not afraid to admit it!
Amy's beautiful dress! She got it at The Something Blue Shoppe in Hartselle, Alabama. I love that it is a beautiful cream color. I love white dresses too of course, but sometimes it's just nice to see something a little different!
One of the people helping set up the sanctuary fro the wedding was there on his motorcycle. He was kind enough to let us use it for a few shots after cleaning it to make sure Amy didn't get her dress dirty!
Another image using the motorcycle. I saw Amy's reflection in the gas tank and though that it made for a neat image. Not your typical wedding picture for sure but I like it!
This is one of the great things about Fall weddings! There is so much color and usually the light is just magnificent and warm.
Again, something a little different from your typical wedding image but I try to do things a little differently. Sometimes it works great and sometimes you hit the delete button. It may not be for everyone but that's kind of the point. I like doing unusual things and having fun!
Ryan, the groom! Fun trivia fact, Ryan is named after my all time favorite baseball player, Nolan Ryan. How cool is that?
Maid of Honor Trish, made these little strings with the flower girls initials. Just one of those neat little details that make up the wedding day that I love.
Amy and Ryan didn't see each other before the ceremony. Still we found a creative way for them to have a moment together without spoiling that first moment. I loved it!
While searching the church for a place to wash my hands before dinner I came across this mural! How perfect for a portrait of the couple. After all there is no word that really sums up what a marriage better than "together."
The first dance.
To call Amy and Ryan Auburn "Fan's" would be a bit of an understatement. I have a pretty extensive vocabulary but even I can't think of a word that would adequately describe them without making them seem crazy!
The beautiful Bentley get away car!
...and they lived happily ever after!
