My Workspace

I thought I would share my workspace. This is where I edit images and design albums. I really love my workspace and I am pretty proud of how it all came together.I created the desk using a bookshelf, plank, and table legs from Ikea.

I made the lamp from a wine bottle using a special glass drill bit and lamp wiring kit. While Kelly and I don't drink the bottle is significant. When we were on our honeymoon in Washington State we made a rock stack, called a cairn" on the river side where we were married. So this label is very special to us. I made this lamp for her birthday.

I made the chalkboard using chalkboard paint on the wall. I made the frame with door trim wood from the Home depot. The total cost was about $20! I wrote the messages on the board to be a daily reminder of what is truly important in my life and to be inspirational. I feel truly uplifted every time I look at it.
